Buyer since '13/1st neg review. I 1st contacted the seller abt a neg review he received for the soap I wanted. The other buyer reported receiving the soap had leaked & was a ttl loss. She messed the seller, but was completely ignored. I mssgd the seller & asked if he'd changed his prep/shipping methods. I was completely ignored. I went against my gut, bought the soap; a purchase I regret. Seller finally responded & offered a refund for the empty bottles but who has time for that? Buyer beware.
