Wrong charger was sent with laptop. After going to Walmart to buy the correct charger, I discovered the battery in the laptop was junk. Explained over and over the issues which is clearly a bad battery. Kept asking for bios pictures in which I explains nothing In The bios said anything about battery life, but was clearly bad by not charging and only turning on with the charger plugged in. I purchased a new battery and confirmed the battery was the problem and got no response from seller.
