Great DVD for varied age groups.
I bought it for my 4 year old daughter. She is starting to get interested in cheering and was making up her own cheers so I thought that this would help her to learn some real ones and also some moves. She really enjoys it at her age but it would also be great for older girls that are just getting started in the sport. It is very detailed and well taught.

We loved this DVD!
I purchased this DVD for my 8 year old daughter who was in her first year of cheerleading. This was the only DVD I could find geared toward young/youth cheerleaders. It's GREAT for beginners who need to learn the basics in a really fun way. There are great cheers and chants that are creatively taught by some of the UCA cheerleaders. She even taught the dance to her squad for a competition they did at the end of this season. Cheer and Dance
I bought this tape because I am a dance team coach. It is a great buy for any dance team or cheerleading team. As a coach it helped me provide our team with new material. I would recommend it to anyone that has children that love to dance or cheer. Good exercise to.

Cheer! video a hit
It is my daughter's first year cheerleading. Both she and I have no prior knowledge about it, so I purchased this video to learn some basic moves, posture, and all that jazz. A great video all around.
