Fair quality, fast shipping, well packed, true wattage (2.38A @ 13.15v=31.3W, 2.20A @ 12.68V=27.9W), good colour quality. Quote price misleading. I'd use a current limiter to stop it getting hot so that it lasts. Each 3 series LEDs has a 13r resistor. Sells 27W warm white if you ask for it.
