    Not just like the original, but so far, so good

    It sheds a little, but that's not surprising with a new brush. Haven't had it long enough to see how it holds up over time. It cleans well. One rather significant difference between this and the original is that the original has a ring of soft rubber on the inside of the tube by the bristles, which prevents scratches when you're, say, vacuuming furniture or something that might tend to scratch. This brush doesn't have that--the material inside the tube is the same as on the outside--hard plastic. So you need to be careful when using it that you don't drag that hard plastic over what you're vacuuming. We had the Aerus Exectrolux people over to PM our Legacy, and of course they pointed out the fact that it was shedding and that it didn't have the rubber ring. It is about half price of what ...

    Great practical accessory for my vintage Electrolux Model G

    This fits onto the little connector at the top of my Electrolux Model G, and when I need to use it, slips right over the nozzle, just as designed, no fuss. As much as I love authentic vintage stuff, the plain fact is that the original brushes are 50+ years old and just don't work well anymore. Picture bristles falling out or worn down to stubs. And even if you found a perfect condition original brush you wouldn't want to ruin it by using it on your scummy walls and keyboards. This new tool gives me vintage looks and compatibility with the durability and expendability of a modern accessory. My wife (who hated me for buying her a vintage vacuum) actually thanked me for this brush attachment. She loves it! Well worth the price.

    High Quality Knock-Off

    Same high quality hard rubber as orignal E-Lux. It has same soft natural bristles that keep their shape and won't curl up and become useless. Rubber support inside the bristles won't scratch anything. Same folding wings to do furniture, just like genuine part. The only difference between this and genuine is the shape of the support inside the bristles, and it's not stamped E-lux. It also doesn't come in all the colors. But they are very inexpensive and much easier to find than genuine. BUY IT!

    Sheds bristles!

    This brush fits and works just like the Electrolux brand but it sheds. I've used it several times and it works good on hard surfaces but the bristles fall out and stick to fabrics, ie: curtains and upholstery. It's a pain to have to redo your work to get them off.
