    Neat Kit - Interesting Workout

    I like the items in the kit: the resistance tubing w/ handles, always a great tool for any workout; the resistance loop was effective and easy to use; and the weighted handle jump rope was of good quality. Annie is a motivating, engaging instructor. The workout itself was not so much "cardio", as more toning with some serious cardio bursts. I say serious, because if you do the jump roping as fast as Annie and her buddies do it in the dvd, you will feel it. I'm just not sure it's enough to call this a cardio workout. Also, I'm not sure the Firm thought about the fact that people working out at home may not have the ceiling height to turn a jump rope. I had to choke up on mine quite a bit, and thus had to do the rhythm at half Annie's speed (which was still okay, but a bit frustrating. ...

    Cardio to Go Kit

    I like the Cardio to Go Kit. It has 4 workouts that if you are in a hurry are great. The jump roping is a challenge but it is a fun workout. It comes in a carrying bag has the workout tape, jump rope, elastic band just a compact traveling bag. I would recommend this item.
