This Item would have been as described if the Courier would have had the common sense to not place any really heavy items on the parcel, hence damaging the Water Bottle so it was unuseable as it was packed very well by the Seller
I contacted the Seller and she immediately sorted out a full refund and apologised to me even though it was not her fault.
