Item was shipped very quickly. My only concern was the mode was wrapped in stiff brown paper and honeycomb paper, which is abrasive and can cause damage to the paint work. Seller is not a model horse collector/dealer and didn't realize this. I reached out to the seller and they were very responsive, professional, and gracious about offering a return if needed. I decided to keep the model and provided resources that should help seller with future packing for model horses.
