I have the same Rothco shirt in size small and it is quite tight but still wearable. I'm 5' 10", 185 lb and pretty broad across the shoulders and these new medium size shirts flap about on my like a tent. Not the fault of the vendor - but Rothco really have screwed up their sizing. Photo shows the same design in size small on top of the medium. There's a heck of a difference in width, length and especially sleeve size. It's virtually a parachute as well as a shirt.
