Though the items were new "out of the box" one of the tuners was cross threaded beyond usable. One other was fixable, but still not what I'd expect or tolerate as new, out of the box.Two others were not so great either. I reached out to the seller for replacement but have received no response. Pictures were included. I've been left to deal with Schaller myself to get a replacement, which their not obligated to do.
