As described however item arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging. A plastic wrapper around the item is not robust enough please state to put adequate packaging on items as a seller to avoid a continuation of this. EBay gave me an immediate refund on seeing photos of damaged item.

The bubble wrap was rusty yet dry so that means the person who packed and posted it knew it was damaged and not new as stated in the listing.
