      The item was shipped out later than when it was supposed to be, but after contacting the seller, they resolved the issue quickly. When I received the item it was as pictured. It was packaged well for shipping. What would have made this a great experience rather than a neutral experience is if the seller would have let me know that they realized it was taking longer than expected to ship out the item before I needed to step in and ask for an update. Nevertheless, I would recommend this seller.
