    Worked better than any other products for eczema & had additional benefits

    This worked better (for me) than a thicker product, also recommended for Eczema. This is thinner & easier to smooth into the skin and lasts for 12-24 hours on my spots, depending on how often I wash my hands. It has helped my skin not itch and to stay moisturized, enough to start healing. I have ALSO had it able to help treat (but not cure) another skin issue = Lichen Sclerosis on my abdomen (versus where it usually appears)..The Lichen Sclerosis was diagnosed (by a dermatologist doing a skin biopsy). It causes dry itchy skin (too) but also can cause thinner than normal & crape paper- looking (and feeling) skin, which is easily damaged, if scratched. I decided to apply this Xera-Calm product to that (since RX'd products had NOT WORKED) and it is the ONLY THING that has ever SMOOTHED ...

    Replenishing is an understatement!

    So far I am very happy with the results I have experienced with Avene Xeracalm A.D. Lipid-Replenishing Cream. The condition of the skin on my legs was just awful from many years of tanning - not flaky but very dry and patchy. I have tried just about every cream, lotion and oil on the market. While I think this is a tad expensive, I have used more expensive "replenishing" creams that are not so replenishing. The only thing I am not found of is the design of the tube and not being able to get the last drop of cream out towards the end. Otherwise I think this formula is going to become a staple in my daily routine.

    Go for the soothing effect on your skin.

    This cream is very soothing as well as nourishing for your skin, particularly helpful if you have flaking or itching areas. The cream is housed in a sterile tube so there is little chance of contamination. I use it on my body but not on my face, though there is no reason you couldn't. It has a creamy, not greasy, feel and no real scent.

    Love this product!

    I originally bought this product from my dermatologist. Absolutely love it for my sensitive skin! I've repurchased 3 times, and can't go a day without it! The only thing I don't care too much for is the packaging. The lid on every tube has broken off soon after beginning using the product. Also, it is difficult to push out the last little bit of cream at the end of using the product.

    Love this Lotion!!

    I have tried everything to clear up my eczema without steroids. This is the only lotion that has ever worked. Trust me I have bought so much lotion over the years even tried natural stuff nothing has worked like this stuff. Very pricey but a little goes a long way! Definitely worth the money!!!
