Both items came smashed. The seems of the items are not sealed together and that is not from the carrier delivering them. I requested replacements but the guy just offered putty to fix them and $750 off. For the price I paid, I’m not going to puddy them. I needed them for an open house I was having, and neither carrier nor sender wants to take responsibility for them.

Hi Josh, In our very first reply to you, you were offered 2 options, the first was a standard exchange for a new set of angels, the second option was for if you'd be able to repair them, you were offered a discount to keep as-is. You were given both choices in the very first message to you. The replacement option does require some patience as it will not show up next day, you need to wait for the whole damage claim process to get completed.
