The Seller did not ship the item until a day after I filed a dispute with eBay because the phone still hasn t shipped after the final day of the arrive by window . It phone did eventually arrive but was not the phone pictured, it was the wrong color, in worse shape and locked to a carrier. Do not buy from this seller
