We had a little issue in the beginning because the seller s phone had been damaged and he could not use his account for a few days. Ebay refunded my money for the purchase. Then the next day guess what the seller did! He apologized profusely and sent me the headphones free of charge! He is definitely a stand up kind of guy and takes pride in himself and his business.
