A week after purchase contacted seller as item hadn’t shipped. Responded it would be in the mail Monday. Wednesday still no tracking information, so contacted them again. After no response I opened a case with eBay. Saturday received notice from eBay the item shipped. The item arrived Monday, but the book was placed in a paper envelope. It literally fell out of the envelope when I picked it up. Neutral rating due to poor shipping, packaging, and communication, but item was as described.
