I reached out to the seller asking for an update and I received excellent communication and a follow-up a few days later informing me that the computer would ship soon with a free laptop bag in consideration for the delay. Very good experience buying from them , They went out of there way to make a shipping error right Canada post lost my package (not there fault) but when they heard about it they immediately shipped a replacement computer before Canada post had even resolved the issue with them (outstanding service) The computer itself was exactly as described and works perfectly
