After I placed my order within a few days the Company acknowledged receipt of the order and I then received paperwork showing delivery dates. As expected the packages arrived in very condition. After constructing the steps without instructions and came across a problem. I immediately contacted the company about this issue and they asked for more details ie photos of the problem. After a few emails they have now dispatched replacement parts and I await patiently.
