The doll I ordered arrived with the head removed and loose in the bubble envelope. The seller did not disclose that the joint was loose, even after I inquired about the condition. Unfortunately the doll is not in condition to give to my daughter for Christmas. The seller refunded the price of the doll, but not the shipping.
