I tried many times to correct my issue with the seller.
The item was listed at $25 free shipping
His last counter offer was$20,
I counter offered $15 and he accepted it and at the same time he changed the billing and charged my credit card $25, ten $ for shipping claiming that it cost him $12 to ship the item and he didn’t care and I have to dispute it with eBay.
