Mug arrived on-time and in excellent condition. Mug is EXACTLY as described and pictured - thank you, very much! Packing was WAY above average, with a good 2 inches of bubble wrap - 3 layers! - on all sides, and a sturdy cardboard shipping box outside of that, too. You can really see where all that shipping fee goes, lol; this package could have withstood a near-miss by a NUKE. Color me HAPPY and 100% SATISFIED. I look forward to doing business again, soon.
