The Power supply was DOA cheaply made smelled burnt when I open the box (garbage), there is no way to contact sellers after shipped as you can see in the photo sellers have it made right now.
Ebay will not let you open a return until 7 days after you have received it.
This was a $30 dollar lesson learned do not buy garbage.
