purchased a blonde stay the night wig by Raquel Welch in person at a nearby boutique.
I then purchased auburn stay the night wig from this online store. Immediately I noticed a difference. The auburn wig seemed too rough to be new. I still proceeded to wear it to work. Throughout the day the wig started to matte together; Instead of moving naturally, like my blonde one, the online wig quickly began to hang into one unnatural looking shape. This feedback is very different from the messages you sent complaining about the 1st (Blonde) Stay The Night you had purchased elsewhere and how stiff it was and how quickly it matted. I sent several messages instructing proper wig care for heat-friendly synthetic fiber. You never once messaged any dissatisfaction with the wig we sold you. If you had, we would have taken it back (Free Returns). However, it is now worn, and over a month old. It shipped to you BRAND NEW direct from Raquel Welch.
