Item sent was not what was pictured, what was Titled on page, or what was described in the item web page nor what was on the packing slip. They sent the wrong Item. I contacted the seller twice through ebay messaging, the day I received it and again 5 days later - now 10 days later, still No Response from the seller. (Yes, I checked my email spam and junk folders) No response at all, so I am returning the item.

Ordered the Insoles shown here in 9-9.5. Actually got totally different "model" in totally different size...5-5.5. Contacted seller. No response. Waiting patiently and contacted seller again. NO RESPONSE. Filed problem with PayPal. THEY apparently tried to contact the seller. Apparently NO RESPONSE since PayPal wound up refunding my money. PayPal has been GREAT throughout the years in dealing with incompetent and/or grifting sellers!!
