The only way I could tell it had been used or even turned on was by doing a battery report. This was a great purchase. The same computer was on sale for $999 at Costco; I saved $400. The i7 1300H processor is fast. This has nothing to do with the seller, who gets nothing but five stars, but the build quality of the computer case is only average as it is made to look like metal, but the top and back are plastic. Still a great deal!

Arrived in two boxes, one outer box and the inside box was the Dell refurbished box containing the laptop and charger. Laptop was secure and segmented from the charger. The charger itself had a little bit of room to move in it's own compartment but the laptop was secured well. All hardware tested and functioned well. No complaints. Price was fair, and appearance was like new. My only issue was that the computer arrived with a DOA CMOS battery, which was easily fixed and not enough of an issue to spoil my 5 star rating. Would buy from again.
