Sadly dress appears old and used as few gems were missing and some loose threads quite visible. Contacted seller who appeared condescending and said “just assumed people would understand given the delicate fabrics “; it shouldn’t be falling apart when you first open the package. Just a bad experience and would not recommend to anyone.

Buyer didn't mention any issues until 20 days after it was bought. The buyer said that the dress seemed like the jewels were falling off. They are attached very loosely by the manufacture and it was delicate. This dress had never been worn. I did mention it had been hanging in my closet. The dress was wrapped properly and I did not hear any feedback for 20 days later. I don't feel like this negative feedback was warranted at all considering buyer never reached out to me before.
