I received a fragile item, which the seller packed extremely well, including a FRAGILE notice on the outer box.
Unfortunately, the item--a ceramic Easter Bunny--arrived with a broken ear, but the seller gave me an immediate refund AND then sent me a replacement FREE OF CHARGE!!!
The break was not the fault of the seller; some items just don t make it, BUT the important thing is a good seller remedies and remedies quickly, communicates well . . . and I will be a returning customer. YAY!!!
