I ordered a die cast jeep gladiator that was supposed to be bright red, but got a dark burgundy one. Seller said I could return it but I had to pay shipping because they sent me exactly what I ordered. You can clearly see the difference in color between the two jeeps. I talked with an eBay customer Service rep who said there was nothing eBay could do. This whole thing has been very upsetting and frustrating. I just wanted a bright red Jeep gladiator to give to someone special as a bday gift

Hello, you ordered a burgundy Jeep as pictured and listed and you received a burgundy Jeep as you have shown. It is not red was never red. Again another negative from a person who just looked at a picture and read nothing. This is an epidemic on eBay. Sellers are getting spat on because no one reads anything. We include all info for you
