My package got lost in the mail. The seller contacted me immediately and filed an investigation with the mail provider. She kept me up to date every step of the way and offered a refund. Sometimes it' when things go wrong that you can really experience the integrity of a seller. When my parcel arrived, shock it was the wrong book! I contacted via eBay straight away and my assumption that perhaps two parcels had been muddled up proved to be true. Both 'wrong' recipients returned the parcels ASAP and the seller immediately reimbursed the return postage costs and the correct parcel was turned around very quickly. Rather annoying for the seller, but professionally remedied.
