Dealing with the seller was positive. The courier, however, left a lot to be desired. Not only was the package a week late, it didn't seem to know where it was for most of the time. I shipped a machine tool from NE B. C. to the Montreal area and it arrived within a week and I knew where it was. ICS Courier makes Canada Post look good. I've had equipment shipped via CP and, recently, it arrived either on or ahead of time.
