I know it wasn't her fault; she took great pains in wrapping and padding my three bowls, and she put "FRAGILE" stickers on the box. The top two arrived perfectly but sadly, the one on the bottom was smashed. I don't know if anything can be done. I wanted to contact her first before doing this survey, but wasn't successful in trying to reach her. Can you please help me with this ? Thank you, and again, I know she tried very hard to ship this package perfectly. HAPPY NEW YEAR.
