All 7 CDs have been digitally re-mastered from the original master tapes to bring out the highest quality sound from these classic recordings. The packaging on all of the titles have been manufactured and designed to mirror the original vinyl releases from the '60s & '70s.

      Hard To Catagorize But Wonderful

      Lee Michaels is/ was an anomaly -a keyboard wizard covering Blue Eyed-Soul, R & B, Blues & Rock'n Roll with ease, hitting a high point with this LP - and then fading from view. Go Figure. I've always loved this LP - Be assured that this is a package deal - no filler - all killer. The Gospel tinged "Keep The Circle Turning" with soulful vocals by Lee and Merry Clayton fills the room with a joyful celebration of life. The top 40 hit "Do You Know What I Mean" is only frosting on the cake. Lee also covers some R & B standards with abandon - and I do mean Abandon... "Can I Get A Witness" &" Willie & The Hand Jive" are given new life.......It's a wild ride...with some quiet relief with the introspective "Oak Fire" and "Didn't Have To Happen" ....Lee is on fire - the definition of a wild ...
