Item shipped defective. Great communication with seller, However item listed as open box. Item was used with numbers and voicemail still stored in phones. Item should have been marked as used not open box. Seller did send replacement batteries to fix defective ones. But advertisement was false. A used item is completely different from an open box.

I highly recommend this seller. I purchased an item from them, but unfortunately, the package arrived with a missing part. I believe the seller was unaware of this issue and did not do it intentionally. When I explained the situation to the seller, they offered to ship a new package with the complete item. However, I requested them to only send me the missing part. As we both realized that the second package was getting delayed for some reason, the seller generously provided me with a refund. I
