beginner's workout don't take it lightly
It's been a while since I worked out, I decided to start EZ and buy one of those balls, which I thought was as low impact as possible. I have bad knees and one bad flipper (A foot) So I bought this beginner's workout on the ball DVD. I watched the DVD first, because It got to me before the ball arrived.The workout didn't look to hard, so I said great just what I need to get started on my way back to a healthy lifestyle. The ball came yesterday. I was excited to get started,so I popped in the workout DVD, did my warm ups, and mimicked the instruction on the DVD. WOW!!!, I wasn't ready for this morning, The workout was very well thought out "Beginners" was the right title, If you are like me, this DVD is the one for you, It Was all I could do to get around ... Great Beginner
The pace of this dvd is good, not too fast. I got it for recovery after a c-section. Well at least 6 months after a c-section. There's no way I could've done it right after. Very good for a core workout. I've never used a balance ball before either, so this is a good introduction. Gaiam videos tend to be well organized and easy to follow, I own several others! Over all I think this is a good beginner dvd, especially if you're afraid you'll just fall off the ball straight to the floor, like I was! :)The pace of this dvd is good, not too fast. Balance Ball beginner workout
This is a good beginner workout DVD. Suzanne Deason is a good instructor & I have bought her DVDs before. It is broken into 4 sections. Introduction, Spine/Breathing, Core Workout, and Stretching. It is easy to follow along and keep up. The stretching exercises are very good. It is worth buying and using.
