    Kudos to Martin for the X-Series.

    I have been playing for 50 years ( I'm 62 ) but I could never afford the high prices for a Martin, until the X-Series came out. Even though this is a all HPL ( Laminate ) instrument , it still has that classic, Martin tone in spades and just sounds amazing. The Black satin finish is really sleek looking and this baby stays in tune forever . I did have to sand down the bridge saddle when I got it because the stock action, was pretty high and also had to adjust the neck , using a Martin truss wrench, but once those were done, the guitar turned out to be a joy to play. The added gig bag is a huge plus, being very heavy duty and quite durable. I love this guitar and don't see myself playing anything else.

    Hot guitar

    This guitar is beautiful and sounds amazing. The wool finish especially on the neck is perfect. It’s by far the best acoustic guitar I’ve ever owned and it sounds just as great as ones more expensive. It sounds like a $1,000 guitar
