    Great First or Replacement Mac!

    The PowerBook G4 17" model is a great choice for anyone wanting to give the Mac platform a try. It is insanely fast. Running Mac OS X Leopard, The computer boots in about a minute, turns off in five seconds, goes to sleep instantly, and wakes for use in just two seconds. The backlit keyboard is a godsend. If there is any complaint about this Mac it that the PowerPC G4 processor is reaching its end support cycle. I decided to buy this computer because I didn't have the cash for a new Mac, and I wanted one with a large screen.

    This is an oldie but a goodie well worth the money I payed.

    I just began using apple products like 3 years ago and I am hooked on apple. I bought this oldie but a goodie for my daughter that way she can ear her way up to a new one..

    Very happy with my G4 Powerbook.

    I am very happy with my G4 Powerbook. It was loaded with extra software and power which was another great plus. My only complain is that the back keyboard light is very dim or barely works.

    Buying a laptop

    I did not know what to experience buying a laptop on ebay. So far my laptop has worked great. It has frozen a bit more than normal but maybe its expected with older laptop I am happy with it

    Mac G4's live on!

    What an awesome laptop!!! A lot of bang for you buck!!! Great graphics and speed for an older laptop!
