    This was bought as a Christmas Gift for one of my grandsons who is a WW2 History Buff so I cannot comment on the entertainment level nor the characters. It was a good price and was delivered in a timely manner.

    The Best of the Best. Better than a movie or hollywood.

    When I first saw the trailer in the History channel my eyes opened wide open. I couldn't wait to see the series; in addition, I got my first speeding ticket because I was trying to get home fast before the show started. After seven days, when the show ended, I was not satisfied because i wanted to own it. I went to ebay, and I saw the DVD for a good price and I bought it without thinking twice. The DVD got to my house fast; nevertheless, it was very cheap. Now I'm enjoying the DVD the same way I enjoyed it the first time. What I love about the documentary is the history behind the DVD such as the the making of the DVD and the gathering of information from continent to continent. The History channel took it to the next level by choosing a few heroes from WWII and told the story ...

    world war 2 in hd

    great dvd for those who want to know more about world war 2, some of the images are not for children to see, but it gives us some insight of what war does and how much death it causes.this dvd shows us what the soldiers saw after a nasty battle with the enemy, and how much blood was spilled fighting . as a world war 2 history buff i am the blood wasn't enjoyable to see but we should appreciate life and the lives of others regardless of what color of skin or nationality, or creed. but for anyone to want to learn more about world war 2 and to see it in the way the soldiers saw it i do recommend this dvd to see- thank you. T.H.

    WWII in HD, DVD 2010

    Very happy with my purchase from this store. I will buy more titles as I fine the ones I want. I use them to freeze frame and use the freeze frames as sources for oil paintings of WWII in order to make statements about war, its uses as a national defense as an abomination to humanity as produced by the evil individuals who start unjust wars.

    Amazing HD Quality Serious Entertainment And History

    Amazing dvd collection. Great for all the history buff's. I have always enjoyed watching programing on WWII, This collection has Fantastic story Lines. It beats the heck out of the old fashioned grainy black and white footage. Hours of history that Is entertaining to watch. Pick yours up today while they are readily available and somewhat cheap.
