Photo of item disguising a hunk missing on the tip of hood. All photos were taken from the front and back to hide the missing hunk and deceive the looker/buyer. I asked for a $20 adjustment in order to avoid the hassle of shipping it back and seller refused. I think it was justifiable. She told me she wanted it back and would make a claim for damages. It did not happen in shipment. No piece was inside the box and the box was not damaged.

I am sorry that you feel that way, The item was definitely not damaged when I shipped it out. I offered a full refund and to have the item sent back to me. You did not want to do that. The pictures in the listing showed every angle and the damage you described was not there when I sent it. I would have been happy to refund the full item to you if you wanted to send it back to me. As many of my other buyers have been very happy with my items and resolutions.

Packing was excellent and the item was shipped very quickly. The only problem is that when I put in a tape, it sounded like it wanted to move, but nothing. I am giving a positive review because once I contacted the Glass Toad, I got a quick refund. It's too bad the unit didn't work, but Glass Toad is a great seller.
