The item was sold as New. New is described as unopened. However this had been opened. Just look at the picture the seller used. In the future, if the seller is going to use the term “New” the item should not be opened. I’m sure the Seller wanted to show pictures of the item, instead of pictures of a box. But once opened, in my opinion it is not “New”.
