First received wrong name on Patch, but the communication was good, and another patch was sent, and then this one doesn't have sticky adhesive on either side and will not stick at all , also I almost burnt my item trying to put the patch on it!! Don't need a refund. Keep the change to buy yourself some sticky adhesive for your patches. Have a good one.
