Well worth the investment!
I used the Rode NT55 mics for the first time to record a recital. They were used in a spaced configuration to record a group of 14 people singing the last song of the recital. I produced a CD, DVD, and Blu-ray I was quite pleased with them and would recommend them for this and many other purposes. I will use them next on a grand piano or harp to see how well they do. I like the fact that they have an omni capsule as well as cardiod. I used the cardiod for the choral group. My next Rode purchase will hopefully be a pair of NT2-A mics.I used the Rode NT55 mics for the first time to record a recital.
