    Excellent Condition Great Value

    I wanted an extra phone for testing at work. The Polycom VVX 500 has no scratches or wear. It feels like it is brand new. I had it factory reset, provisioned, and registered in about 10 minutes. It performs perfect. I am liking the touch screen. I look forward to using the USB connections.

    The ones that worked are great

    Of the 9 phones only 7 worked. Yes they all turned on, but they would not load the factory setting application so could not be reset and used.

    Perfect phone for FreePBX

    Extremely easy to set up it was a bit difficult to factory reset it because I kept entering the password from the polycom website wrong but once I figured it out I got it working in like 5 minutes
