The seller did a very good job at preparing the item for shipping. It was very well protected. The pen was not quite in the condition it was described as but overall in good shape. I am happy with it. It writes very well after a thorough cleaning and flossing of tines. Shipping via UPS was a bit slow but it did arrive and so I am happy with that.
