I purchased these shoes that were clearly marked 7.5. The shoes however fit like a size nine. They simply were to big. I requested a refund explaining all of this. My refund was accepted, and they were sent back in perfect condition. THEN the seller reported me to E-Bay for “abusing returns”! Seriously? The seller was paid by E-Bay, and now my account is reported. Buyer beware.

I'm sorry the shoes did not fit. They simply were too big as you have stated. You opened a return as item not described when the reason was they just didn't fit. They were correctly described in the listing as a size 7.5 as is stamped on the bottom of the shoe by the company. Because you chose item not as described incorrectly, this put the burden of return costs on me, misusing returns. Ebay reviewed the case, all information and agreed that this was abuse of returns and advised I report this.
