One of Ohio's finest rockers!
This is really a definitive collection of the early to mid years of Michael Stanley. This cd really does a great job representing both the songwriting and storytelling abilities of the songs. The band, in its different forms throughout the years has always been assembled in a way that is straightforward, good ole fashioned rock n roll. Some tracks also feature Joe Walsh (of James Gang and The Eagles fame). This cd also has the two hits that I am sure almost anybody who has spent some time listening to FM radio through the years are familiar with, "My Town" and "He Can't Love You". The rest of the tracks on this release are just as good in my opinion, but heck I may just be biased, I've been a fan of MSB since 1981 and in fact they were the 2nd live band I'd ever saw (when I was 12). ...
