Lieferung erfolgte wie angekündigt. Ich habe die Scheinwerfer gekauft, weil ich im Text fälschlicherweise den Steckeranschluss falsch gedeutet hatte und "das Teil zu meinem Fahrzeug passt". Dem war leider nicht so! Trotzdem vorbildliche Rückabwicklung ohne wenn und aber; kein Gezeter und Wiedersprüche!! Ich kann diesen Verkäufer sehr empfehlen! Kundenservice telefonisch nicht erreichbar, 6 mal versucht, immer 15 min. Warteschleife dann rausgeworfen.
Defekter Scheinwerfer, Rekla am 02.04.24. Händler fragt nach Bildern, diese wurden von mir gesendet, danach keine Reaktion mehr.
Erneute nachfrage am 22.04.24 wieder keine Reaktion.
Erneut reklamiert am 24.04.24, am 29.04.24 Reaktion mit weiteren Fragen.
Zudem sind die Anschlusskabel für die Blinker zu kurz. Stecker passen nicht.
