Item was promptly shipped. However, the item was horribly packed. $70 shipping cost for this kind of shipping is ridiculous. Even the USPS driver was saying how bad it is. There are a few components that have come out of adjustment now. Luckily I am a sewing machine repair center and can resolve this. Unfortunately, I can not recommend anyone to purchase large items from this seller due to their lack of packing for shipments.
