The clasp to one of the straps on this bag was broke. They even put the broken piece for me in the shipping bag. How nice of them. This was not in the description. Seller said she didn’t know it was broke but the strap is hidden in the photos & the clasp had to of been picked up and placed in the bag. The seller was nice & offered me to send back for full refund but instead I purchased a replacement strap for $30.00. If that doesn’t work, I will be returning it.

I go out of my way to include scratches of the item and took so many photos. No way I would sell something hiding a defect. I don't want to be out the money or buyer unhappiness. So sorry for the trouble.
