What I was most interested in was the ornament but the box had kind of a significant rip in it resulting from crushing whereas the seller described this as new. When I contacted the seller about this, I got no response. I know that it is a 1000 generation familial insult to rate an experience as "Neutral" or "Negative", and since what I was really after here, the ornament, is itself intact, I guess I am "satisfied" but this item was certainly not in the condition that was described.
